PSA Bots are dropping tanks onto the transformer on defense missions

I just had a mission fail due to a drop ship dropping a tank next to the transformers. We destroyed the tank, but the tank exploding ruined both transformers. This was not a drop-ship via a bot flair but a normal spawn. I'm not really sure what can be done to prevent a loss other than luring the tank away.

Edit: looks like it can be any type of drop ship. We had a factory strider dropped on us at the end of the last mission.
