Can someone explain twinkdeath to me and how can i tell if it happened to me???

My OCD is not giving me peace of mind about this, like I know there was near zero chance for me to start HRT before i finished high school but I finally started right after my 25 birthday. And EVERYONE puts 25 as the “twinkdeath age” i could have started before 25 if i was trying harder or came over the fear of diy!

I don’t think i noticed any changes from puberty to until starting hrt but what if i just haven’t noticed??? I hated taking photos during that period but at this point i might search for them and start comparing. Do you think i would notice twinkdeath coming and this is just an OCD schizo thinking??
