AMD Software: Adrenalin won't open at all

So Recently my software keeps glitching and I don't know why, when I open my PC the icon of AMD in the toolbar is nowhere to be found there and when I open my AMD Software , it always says about an Warning and to install the AMD Compatibility Tool.

A lot of people told me to uninstall and reinstall the Software , I've did that , a lot of times actually and it keeps showing this Warning over and over again.

I also felt that my performance is decreasing
