I (28M) have been caught in the doomscrolling trap for a while now. It starts innocently enough, just checking a few updates, but before I know it, hours have passed, and I’m deep into porn. It’s draining my time and energy, leaving me feeling guilty and unproductive. I know I need to break free from this cycle, but I’m struggling to find effective strategies.

For those of you who’ve managed to stop doomscrolling, especially if porn addiction was part of the problem, what worked for you? How did you retrain your brain to focus on healthier habits? I’m looking for any tips or methods that can help me regain control over my screen time and cut out these destructive behaviors.
