Aerodynamic Coefficient Questions..

Hello, I am trying to make aerodynamic table.

My current confusion is that when the mach number is zero, the aerodynamic coefficient is not zero. Is this correct?

Aren't all aerodynamic coefficients zero when mach number = 0 because there is no relative flow?
