HELP PLEASE

NEED HELP

Alright I’ve been at my base for almost 7 years, I play the overseas listing everytime it drops and still no luck. I don’t want to get out but I feel stagnant and want to remain in but I just want go elsewhere can anyone help or point me in the right direction.
