I fucking hate my life. Its happening again. I think.

So I had a seton placed around this time last year. Fine, no issues, been careful with placing everything and crying to push out any buildup when I have a shower moving the seton and what have you. I get home from my first day working in an OFFICE job (requires a lot of sitting) and I have a second abscess seemingly above the skin right next to the seton. Which is more plausible, that it's branched or that its a surface infection caused by general discharge in the area? Surgeon who put the seton in said he won't see me until julyish. Either way I'm pissed right off, just when things started looking up.
