With the USA Abolishing Daylight Savings time in 2025, do you think Australia should follow suit?
Pretty much just what the title says, the US is abolishing Daylight Savings time in 2025, do you think Australia should follow suit?
I mean, let's be logical, I'm in Brisbane writing this at 8:35pm, and it's 9:05pm in Adelaide...how on earth does it make sense that by travelling west, it gets later, not earlier?
Edit: Also, if it's so important to have it at Southern latitudes to get a "longer day", why are people in Perth so against it? Surely, being at a similar latitude to Tweed Heads, they would have the exact same issues with latitude and it would have the same benefits to Perthians?
