Emus vs. Drop Bears: Who's the Winner?

This just started as a comment in another sub, but now I think I want an answer from a bonafide Aussie. Here's what one person said in response:

Hard to say. The emus won the Emu War against the Australian Army, and the Australian Army has always otherwise been on the winning side in a war. On the other hand, I've patted a tame emu, which proves they aren't all vicious bastards, but I've never heard of a tamed drop bear. I think if the drop bears ever went against the Australian military, we might not have a military left. I think the drop bears would win against emus, because emus are mostly bulletproof but their necks might be vulnerable to claws, and their bodies would be quite large targets. Drop bears vs cassowaries would be a harder call. On the other hand, we know from the Emu War that emus can organise and strategise against the enemy. We have no evidence (yet) that cassowaries could do the same, if push came to shove. Ditto drop bears. This is actually a really good question. You should post it in the Ask An Australian subreddit.
