How do you feel about America's reputation outside of the USA?

I live in Ireland, so I have no horse in the race, but the general consensus across much of Europe at the moment is that Trump is severing pretty much all ties with your allies.

Mexico and Canada are your closest neighbours, and Trump is starting a trade war.

Greenland isn't for sale, and Trump's threatening to take it from Denmark.

He has promised (threatened?) tariffs on the EU.

Just last night EU members declared joint support to defend Denmark in the event that the US tries to take control.

Even in my own country, which has always been welcoming to pretty much everybody, talk has turned towards Trump-proofing.

I understand that people voted for change, but is this the change you were hoping for? It would certainly seem to me, that alienating almost all of your allies around the world as some sort of 'gotcha' moment, isn't really a great tactic.

What do you think?
