Cannot unlock next scene after Layla in sandstorm

Has this happened to anyone? I am in the part of the game where Abstergo is raiding Layla’s base of operations and she has to escape the place before getting discovered.

I already managed to get out undetected then killed the guy standing by the entrance of the cave but nothing happens. I’ve already walked around and ran in all directions to check. There also aren’t any objects, people, etc to interact with.

I watched a playthrough and the video showed me that there is supposed to be a cut scene after killing the guy.

Could it be a glitch or I am not doing something right?
