Ollie is actually kinda balanced?¿?¿?

Honestly I was dreading his release because I thought it would be another apocalypse, like Larry & Lawrie, Kenji, or Buzz ly, but testing him out, he actually seems pretty balanced. His shots (at max tier) do 1700, and his super does 1600 but prevent his opps from attacking momentarily, however he is very vulnerable before his super goes into effect. I think overall this is one of the best releases because it's pretty perfectly balanced.
