Breville Pump Malfunction?

Just wondering if anyone here has experienced this. I just got my Breville Bambino Plus, and on the second use, it seems to be getting clogged, but there is no clog anywhere. I read that it might be an issue with the pump? Basically, when I run it, nothing comes out or it drips out, I have to take it off, stir it, put it back, and then some stuff come out if I am lucky. Again, there is no clog. I changed the basket and it seems to work better, but it still kind of seems like the water is not being pushed out all the way. I also run water after every cycle, so again, there is no clog at all, but the water is getting stuck in the basket. Should I return it? Any suggestions for what to do? I've also changed how coarse my grind is, and that hasn't changed anything either.
