Real query about CVS pharmacy

As I wait another hour of my life in line for my regular medicine, I am dying to know: why is it so terrible?

A real, honest question - why does it always take so long? Obviously I should go elsewhere, it’s just the closest. Is this just the CvS in Burien, Washington pharmacy that acts like they have one monkey in there throwing things around and they are waiting for the right pills to get into the container by chance?
