Eidolic Wail vs. Dark Spark/Tactician's Trump Card?
Playing mage pre-DoG, found the eidolic wail while farming reaper teeth and I'm wondering if it's stronger as an all-rounder than 1) dark spark, and 2) tactician's trump card, which I've been using so far (for cc and single-target respectively). In my limited experience, eidolic wail can get higher DPS but is more unreliable as far as aiming and firerate goes. Any input would be appreciated!
