Maruti’s post sales service and customer care is just awesome!

Refund Issue:

So I booked the car 1.5 months back. And since I was getting a better deal elsewhere I cancelled it. I was told by the dealer that booking amount would be refunded within one week. Then I took delivery of my car and kind of forgot about this. Then suddenly two weeks back I remembered and inquired about refund from my sales executive. From that point on it was always like ‘do din me aa jaega sir’. So I waited and waited.

Today finally my patience broke and I decided to log complaint with Maruti. I called and logged the same at 4.30 PM today. It’s now almost 6.30. I have received multiple calls from dealer, one email confirming refund payment details, multiple WhatsApp messages from executive saying payment is scheduled for today.

It feels awesome when we as customers are heard and our concerns are addressed. I am now at peace that I went with a right brand. I feel confident about my own decision!
