If all the rich people are using lounge with their credit cards, who is eating at the airport restaurants?

I was just wondering, isn't free lounge access detrimental to the airport economy? Who is going to eat at the luxury restaurants in BLR T2? Also, I wonder how much extra aviation fuel we are burning after filling ourselves up at the lounge buffets.
