Need advice for a Premium Credit Card

Allow me to get straight to the point.

What I need: A MasterCard/Visa credit card

My problem:

I can't get an Infinia now as per my RM
I will hit the 12L Vistara milestone next month and will stop using it thereafter. Hopefully, Air India co-branded cards are on their way which I will pick immediately.
Similarly, I will hit the 4L milestone on Platinum Travel next month as well
Platinum Charge: definitely not closing this one

What I am not looking for:

Cards I am considering:

Axis Atlas: I understand that you can convert Edge Miles to Partners at 1:2 and then Accor gives 1 point : 1.8 rupees but there's the hassle of converting all of these and the limit of being able to redeem only 30,000 points in Group A category
Axis Magnus with Burgundy: I am not parking 5L/10L in a savings account to become eligible. So, the only way I get Burgundy status is by moving my company's current account to Axis which I am not ready to do since I am happy with my current bank.

Are there any other elite/premium cards I should consider?

(I don't mind paying a fee)
