Maya. I cashed in 200 pesos. It never came...

Hello! Ive been an avid user of maya since 2021 and ive never had problems with using it. Let alone cashing in. However, for the first time encountered a problem when i cashed in 200 pesos earlier this afternoon. However, 2 hrs later and i still havent gotten anything back Not even a notifcation. What to do po?Or where should i get help? cs isnt working right now..
