Just a lil FYI - Sun Wukong, the humanoid-monkey hybrid king was a demon (speculating on a potential spoiler? Don't enter if it somehow turns true)

I'm not sure at all myself if it will actually happen, but... it is a fact that Sun Wukong - the character from Journey to the West, one of THE main inspirations for Dragon Ball, Toriyama in general and Goku's design - was a humanoid-monkey hybrid DEMON.

Just in case anyone wonders why the hell would Toriyama ever recanonize SSJ4 design (or do his own take on it) in Daima of all places. Well, precisely because of the context of Journey to the West and the whole demon hierarchy and mythology in it. Easy excuse to explain that the Great Ape form is either some spell/curse from the Demon Realm or the original Saiyan form when they were demons. And viola - the new powerup is a monkey-humanoid hybryid, bringing SSJ4 design into Toriyama's canonical take and still fitting within the whole Daima context

And I'm saying this as someone who DOESN'T particulary want it to happen in Daima if it means it's just gonna be 1-off transformation, forever gatelocked behind Demon realm otherwise. But it may very easily happen...
