Something about Childe being a harbinger

I find it kinda funny that Childe is a harbinger... because we know that he was trained by Skirk, who was trained by Surtalogi aka The Foul... and we know that The Foul is one of the main contributors of Khanrei'ahns like Capitano's years of suffering.

Surtalogi's whale is connected to him, and Childe has a form called Foul Legacy... I do wonder if it actually is completely related to The Foul and if it is, does anyone else know about it?

Crazy delulu theory, but what if Childe became a harbinger bc some of the harbingers knew about his connections to The Foul and they are using him? Or maybe this is all just coincidental, who knows.
