Cannot Sell Everything

Is it just me or whenever I sell my inventory of the fish that I catch it wont totally sell all of them? I'm trying to sell the ones I catched and of course I favorited some that I don't wanna sell. When I go to the merchants and click the 2nd option which should sell all of the fish that are not favorited it didn't sell them all. Is it just me or yall experienced the same thing?
