Thoughts on S3 Ep4
*Phone Call
Ethan And Jim both hear the call so we know it's not just Jim's imagination.
If not Jim's kids "anymore", then whose? Or do the kids just belong to Fromville now?
If the phone voice is a bad entity, they are interested in Tabitha 's wellbeing which is strange.
Obviously there is no cord but the thing chooses to manifest its voice through a medium that makes sense to Jim/any person who has ever had a wall phone. Why? Could they technically manifest their voice from anywhere including open air or just in someone's mind?
*Monster Routine
Did they change their routine and create that trap because they knew the ambulance was coming or because they knew specifically Tabitha was coming?
If they knew the ambulance was coming, do they always know when a vehicle or newcomer are coming and how? Maybe the crows are telling them?
Why do the monsters even have a routine?
*Trap/Monsters
Why do they bargain for Randall? Is it just to fuck with Boyd or does Randall mean something special to them (like he has seen the other end of the spear maybe)?
- Did the monsters know only the EMTs would come out?
-Monsters could have killed Randall but they didn't. Was this to purposefully create tension among the people and Boyd?
*Henry/Victor/Puppet
Why isn't Henry asking about Victor? He was good enough to walk into the house. He has to know where he is. Seems like the first thing he would ask unless he didn't want to for some reason.
Thinking Henry may be evil or bad in some way, that he was actually in Fromville with his family and that the artwork at the home in Maine was his.
My theory is that Henry is actually moving the puppet in Victor's memory but Victor has blocked his father out.
*Elgin/Kimono Lady
-I have no idea what to think about any of this story line.
*Fatima
- Before this episode, I was leaning that she was not pregnant but becoming a monster. But do the monsters actually have a taste for blood? Sometimes it seems like they take organs from people but I don't know that they're actually eating them?
