Should I turn PMT notes into Flashcards

So I'm a year 11 and kinda failing. On the last set of mocks the majority of my grades were 3s and I have my next set of mocks next week. What I've been doing is rewriting PMT notes into Anki Flashcards word by word. I did this last year with GCSE Statistics with CGP's revision book and went from a Grade 2 on mocks to a Grade 7 on my actual GCSE. I can't tell if it was because it was actually useful or I just put everything into it since it was the only thing that mattered in mid-late Year 10. So overall, is it a good thing that I've been doing this. Also if you're wondering where I'm at with my progress, I dunno but I am deffo over half way done. Please don't tell me I'm cooked
