Is it good to take day off’s to revise?

Tomorrow I have my English mocks, today I'm doing revision for lit and Lan, and maybe some revision for maths afterwards.

My parents are calm with it and cause they see me revise regularly anyway, and say I'm now an “independent learner”

but my head of year was cautioning everyone all year long abt not going to school and how it dramatically decreases your outcomes, even tho I went from a 3 to 7 in some subjects with a 89% attendance.

I feel so guilty for missing school and its so overwhelming, but I'm pretty sure I remember and learn more things when I teach myself it.
