Gift idea for my Fiance
I love this man but dear god he is impossible to shop for. He has a lot of interests and hobbies, but we either don't have the space to get anything else for them, or he doesn't want/need anything for his hobbies. If given the choice between going out or staying in, he would stay in. So I feel like an 'experience' gift (especially one that is scheduled) is a bad choice.
So it comes down to something consumable. Something fancy that he would never get himself, and then after several uses it's gone. Problem is, he said that he would prefer one larger item rather than multiple smaller ones, and I can't find anything in my price range that's just one or two items.
His hobbies/interests
-Cooking. He does all the cooking at home. Last Christmas I gave him a cast iron skillet and a wok, both of which he uses at least once a week. He said he doesn't need/want anything for the kitchen this year.
-Gardening. We have a small garden in our backyard, but not much space for decorations or tools that he doesn't already have.
-Reading. He loves the Song of Ice and Fire, and has all of the related books. He also reads a lot of Brandon Sanderson. Only problem is, our bookshelf is completely full and we don't have space for another one.
-Gaming. Both video and board games. He plays mostly single player offline games on his PC, his favorite is Sid Meier's Civilization VI. He also likes DnD, but his group is fairly spread out and difficult to schedule, so he doesn't get to play it very much.
-Baths. He absolutely adores a good bath. Takes one at least twice a week. I tried finding some fancy bath set, but most sets come with multiple things he wouldn't use, and just getting bath salts and bubble bath feels kind of underwhelming to me.
-Weed. He smokes a LOT of weed. He already has a bong that he likes, as well as a bud vaporizer that I use as well.
