Gift idea for wife (39) with no hobbies

She's pretty much interested in Diet Coke and being warm. Many of my gifts to her over the years have been along those lines, but I think I've reached the limit of snuggies, slippers and diet coke merch. Even though she's been very appreciative of past gifts, just want some more ideas. As I said, she really has no hobbies and is difficult to ship for.
