Do I have to pay this parking ticket from secure park?

Was at Harbour Town today and didn't realise they had put time limits on some of the parking. Ended up with a ticket for going half an hour over the 2 hour free limit. I've heard there's no need to pay these private parking fines. Is there anyone that can tell me if that's right or what action they will likely take if I don't pay it?
