Not sure if I have hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's or PCOS, please help!!

I'm a 29 year old 5'4" female who is 125 pounds and these are my symptoms. Chronic constipation Chronic bloating (bordering on appearing pregnant) Water retention (persistent puffiness) Dry mouth and lips (constantly chapped) Constant thirst but never feeling hydrated Dry eye (diagnosed and had punctal plugs and used lubercating eye drops) Red eyes Dry hair Hair loss Thinning hair (breakage and dryness, seems to hate bonding treatments) Dry skin Difficulty loosing weight (if I gain weight it's only in the midsection) Melasma Irregular period Loss of period Low libido Low blood pressure Light-headedness upon standing

For some background I got off birth control to get pregnant in July 2022. I had amenorrhea while taking birth control and was thinking my period would come back in a few months but I've only had maybe 4 in the last year.

I have seen a few GI specialists for chronic constipation that I have been dealing with since I was 16 which is when I cut out gluten. I had a colonoscopy when I was about 20 with no real conclusion. They ran a few other tests but just chalked it up to ibs-c which is just a catch-all and I've been prescribed linzess to manage symptoms. Fiber only makes things vastly worse. I've tried basically all laxatives you can think of and am currently managing with stool softener and a decent amount of magnesium.

My hair has always been difficult as long as I could remember. I have fine long hair, barely heat style, I've had a few balayages in the past but do everything I can to keep it healthy. I'm constantly dealing with sporadic hair loss around the temples, breakage, and straw like dryness I shampoo twice a week and CO wash between shampooing use a silk pillowcase microfiber towels to dry hair gently detangle with a wide tooth comb Use olaplex oil and leave in to detangle Air dry Trim regularly And generally do everything I can to make it thick and healthy

As far as my diet goes, I've always been super healthy. I eat mostly whole foods, avoid gluten and high lactose dairy products. I do eat a large amount of protein for someone in my demographic but I found that high protein and fat is what makes me feel my best. When I eat higher carb I feel worse and have less energy. A lot of times I "intermittent fast" aside from the heavy cream in my coffee... I eat a lot of vegetables and watch my sugar intake. I have counted calories for as long as I could remember and notice if I go much over 1500 calories a day I gain weight. I am pretty small and work a desk job so 1500 calories is kind of my base necessary calories to maintain weight without additional exercise I guess but it seems low. For exercise I intentionally walk about 20 miles a week and do resistance training 2-3 times a week. Outside of this I'm fairly active daily. I use to do 1hr spin classes 1-2 times a week as well but am cutting down since I was worried high intensity workouts were causing amenorrhea and cortisol hikes resulting on keeping extra weight on. I know 125 isn't overweight by any means but it's almost impossible for me to get below 125 with diet and exercise and if I'm not careful it's extremely easy to put on weight so I've always been extremely regimented. It's pretty important to note that I do drink on the weekends (I like to party and don't plan on easy-ing up that much even though I know I should) but I don't drink at all sunday-monday. When I do drink it's usually a decent amount, I'm definitely drunk. I know that drinking causes alllll sorts of issues but I don't believe this is to the point that it's causing all of the issues I'm experiencing. Also in the last few years I've picked up the habit of using nicotine pouches (rouge/zyn) because apparently I think I'm a frat boy.

Mentally I'm pretty much as stable as I could be. I'm generally pretty happy/content and enjoy my life. I've never been on any sort of medication for mental issues. The only time I've ever felt with mood swings was when I had been on high estrogen birth control. The only thing I would note is that it's not very typical for women to not experience some type of mood changes since we are on a 28 day harmonal cycle. I tend to run lower on estrogen and higher on testosterone and will attach my most recent lab work. I've seen a women's specialist and an endocrinologist in the last year to try to figure this out and am going to run tests for thyroid dysfunction and PCOS

Please please please if anyone has some suggestions I could use all of the help I could get
