Rate my portfolio. Sauce or juice?

I hardly have done much market research. Most of these stocks were bought impulsively without much thought going into it. I know if I would be investing in SIP's and mutual funds, I would be better off. But I already have savings in terms of land, assets and run a business. So this is just me "yolo-ing" with some extra cash. Am I doomed?
