How many pulls? Celestial Wishes Banner

I really liked the Wings of wishes outfit, so I kept grinding and spent a little bit of money on it. It took me NEARLY 200 pulls to get the Wings of wishes outfit. (192 to be exact). I got the Starfall Radiance twice before I got the other outfit once.

How many pulls did it take you? I am curious how difficult it was for other people.
