What’s the average Water bill you guys get from the Independent meter?

Guys i wanted to know What’s the average water bill you guys get monthly? I’m looking for an apartment but they are saying it has Independent Water meter so i’m a bit worried does it exceed above 100/200 riyals? Or it just comes around 50/100 riyals like for an aparment of 4/5 rooms
