Has Kaiser improved since being sued?

I’m considering switching to Kaiser as my employer offers 100% coverage. I currently have anthem bc PPO. I love the freedom it provides, not needing a referral for anything, etc.

HOWEVER - I am concerned about some things. For example. Do they offer physical therapy or chiropractic services?

Has the mental health sector improved since the 1.5B fine and demand to increase quality of care?

I am thinking I could get away with just an annual physical and follow up every 3-4 months. So like, 4-5 times total a year. I have read my PCP can monitor my psychotropic meds. But how difficult is it to get an outside referral to a therapist? I’ve worked in healthcare for a very long time and have continuously suffered doctor trauma from lack of being taken seriously.

I’m chronically ill and chronically ignored to the point that I don’t care about determining what is wrong with me or treating it. I just want to continue my current mental health medication and see my doctor and discuss my random weird list every few months. (Swollen ankles, neck pain, random bruising, etc.)

I love the prospect of the pharmacy, xray, lab, and all being in one building. Even with UCLA it isn’t like that. I’m just scared about not having the freedom to find an online therapist and get an appointment in an hour if I needed.

My mental health needs aren’t urgent and I’m not suicidal actively. (Always a lil passively, so sue me) but nothing urgent. I just ultimately want to find a good therapist. My health issues include cptsd, dysthymia, celiac disease, and SUSPECTED: TMJ, POTS/Dysautonomia, or EDS. I don’t have an extreme need to investigate these things over the next year though, wondering how difficult getting care would be. I feel like a PCP could handle all of that but not sure what Kaiser allows them to do.

Is it worth switching and trying Kaiser for a year? Or should I absolutely not do that?
