notarized rental agreement with Rs 100 stamp or Rs 500

i wanted to proceed with notarized rental agreement in maharashtra, rent being Rs 6,600 and refundable deposit Rs 20,000 for 11 months duration. No broker is charging Rs 2,000 for Rs 5,00 stamp and Rs 1,500 for Rs 100 stamp.

We are doing 4 agreements and they say we are gettting bulk discount. is their any substantial difference between the stamp value? should we go for Rs 100 stamp?
