Will being a North Korean refugee balance out being an ORM?

I'm Korean-American, but I'm originally a North Korean refugee. My family escaped North Korea when I was 4 years old, went to South Korea, and then immigrated to the US when I was a teenager.

On paper, I'm classified as a ORM due to being Korean. But will being a North Korean refugee override that? North Koreans are extremely rare.
