Pdg level?

I’m not technically trying to convince, but we aren’t avoiding. I am 9 months postpartum and I felt ovulation pains (I always have been able to feel it!) on the 30th. My cycle has been pretty crazy and isn’t back to normal. If my PDG doesn’t rise, does that mean I didn’t release an egg? I’m most just curious if there’s a chance of pregnancy this month.
