What new year resolutions you guys have with your channels?

Hi,

Now the new year is coming, so I would like to know what kind of new year goals you people have?

Personally, I just started to make videos again. I made my channel about 10 years ago and only posted very randomly timelapse painting videos and few years ago stopped completely because day job + small daughter etc.

My next year goal are:
Subscriptions: 2,194 => 10k (I will be happy if I get even 5k).
Videos: minimum 12 new videos, at least 1 for each month. (real voice over videos)
Other:
-Get comfortable speaking front of the microphone (that red light gives me the greeps lol)
-Get monetized and earn like 20 usd (I still lack 2 795 watch hours).

What you guys have? Maybe we can hold each other accountable and really try to push forward next year :)
