Twitch lagging with low latency mode On

I know Opera is not official supported by twitch, I never hear people talk about this but when I turn low latency mode on twitch stream got these crazy lag spikes/ stutters but if I turn it off I'm about 5 seconds behind in the stream, so the chat is already reacting to things I haven't even seen yet
