Exchanging EGP to EUR/USD

Hi guys. With the recent float. There has been some changes with banks and stuff. What is the current situation regarding exchanging money? Do banks let u buy EUR or USD now? if not what's the best way to switch money to foreign currency? is binance p2p still the best?
