Rhinoplasty Swelling

One week ago I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty to correct a severely crooked broken nose. I had the tip refined, a bump filed down, and the nose narrowed. I just got home from getting my dressing removed, and…..I don’t see any difference. The pictures on the left are before, the two on the right are after. I also got the mole below my mouth removed.

Do you think the nose will continue to change? I asked the doc’s office about taping it to reduce swelling, but they were very adamant about anything weighing on the nose having the possibility of leaving permanent indents. Will anything else help? Thanks for your time!
