Has anyone ever seen this before?

I download the Portal 2 sound track from thinkwithportals.com and as i went to add the album art to the metadata in iTunes i noticed this in the comments section. This is on “Reconstructing More Science”. At first I thought it was Base64 but I tried decoding it and it said its not. Does anyone know what it says?
