What should I upgrade to?

Hi! I currently shoot with a Nikon Z6, Nikon F 10-20mm (yes I’m aware of the wide angle concerns) and a decent tripod. Most shoots I also use my DJI Mini3 Pro to get some aerials.

The business is taking off, 4-6 shoots a week at $350/shoot minimum. Praise the Lord. This leaves me with enough I can both invest into the business and pay the bills, and I want to upgrade at least my lens. I can justify up to around the $2k range, but if I did so, what would you buy?
