Mod questions Modernized Sovietsky SOYUZ

I know some people stated would like a hypothetical modernized Sovietsky Soyuz class battleship. Anyway I think this is a good mod opportunity. Unless one of you can help with super structur i think the closest thing to what people would like is an Iowa-class battleship with Russian missiles. What missiles do think think would make the most sense and what tools would you recommend?
