Is my title/thumbnail that horrible?

Im approx 2 months into this, I seem to be lucky with the impressions (recent ones 2K or less) and I'm worried I'll miss the opportunity to reach an audience before YouTube discards my content. Are my titles/thumbnails that horrible that 70 people would click out of 8,000?

Is my algorithm not quite set yet and it's reaching the wrong audiences? I don't expect anything amazing but I'd think I'd get at least a 1-2% CTR, thoughts?
