Best way to stream games away from pc?

Looking for a solution for this, have a family member who does not own a pc but would like to play games from my library in the same house off of my pc, however I do not want them using the actual pc. Is there a way for me to stream something to a TV that’s just big picture mode or some steam variant that gives no access to the actual Pc itself? Let me know!
