ENDGAME (spoilers)

• Mencken will signal that unlike the California Raisin he will not be controlled by Waystar - that he will block GoJo acquisition of Waystar but also Waystar acquisition of GoJo (will refer to globalist media having too much power).

• Kendall pushes ATN to reverse its support for Mencken. This is a combination of Mencken being an insufficient ally, a fight with Rava, Jess quitting, and Kendall’s fear of Roman’s ascendency.

• Tom, under fire and desperate, agrees to reverse the call in Milwaukee. But he gets fired anyway (by Greg).

• Mencken turns on ATN and attacks Waystar and the Roy family (“cunning men who come to market”) leading to riots.

• Shiv, trying to get ahead of the GoJo fraud and seal the deal, makes the fake subscriber numbers public. But it backfires spectacularly; GoJo stock plummets.

Results

• no Waystar - GoJo merger; neither company purchases the other bc Shiv pushes Jimenez to block the acquisition.

• Roman quits.

• Kendall is CEO but has lost his family and humanity in the process. Company is a precarious position and the future is dark.

• Shiv joins Jimenez administration.

• Tom and Shiv “reconcile” and agree to raise the baby continuing the cycle of dysfunction and abuse.

• Roman cashes out and uses his stake to turn PGN into a Newsmax outlet, becomes an alt-right mogul.
