No bags sent to stores since early December?

I recently have been into the Houston store & Crystals in Las Vegas. SAs at both mentioned they haven’t gotten any bags in since December. SA at Crystals even mentioned he was surprised and thought they would get more stock in advance Lunar New Year. Curious what others have heard?
