2 Turbinate Nasal Reduction Surgeries, still having daily blockages when sleeping

Looking for advice/guidance on nasal blockages that I've had all my life. When going to sleep at night, once I lay down, one side of my nasal passages gets blocked depending on the side i lay down on. I flip side several times through the night because I get temporary relief but then the blockage switches sides to the other nostril. This has a ln effect on my sleep every night as I wake up alot. I have had 2 nasal turbinate reduction surgeries about 8 years apart and neither surgery had any benefit. No nasal sprays or medication works. I also have no allergies that are causing this. They categorize this as non-allergenic rhinitis. Another note to make is when I'm standing through the day it not usually an issue. This is for the most part just an issue when I lay down to sleep. I'm not sure what else to do as another turbinate surgery sounds pointless and removing bone in the nose sounds risky due to the empty nose syndrome risk. Anyone else have this issue or advice?
