Doubts on attending graduation

Hello everybody,

I'm debating whether I want to attend my graduation this May, if I state 'No' to 'Do you plan to attend the Graduation ceremony?' Would I be able to change it later? Even after the application deadline?

Also, if I'm able to attend. Would the courier fee be refunded?
