Hardware repair services

Anyone has any idea on whether UBIT help desk would help on hardware replacement in laptop. I am planning to upgrade my laptop's RAM. Where can I do it?

I saw ubreakwefix is another option. But my laptop is still under warranty, I donno where to do the upgrade of RAM?
